Patricia Davis, PMP
Demarche Consulting Group

Patricia is an executive/leadership and coach and IICDP certified DEI practitioner focusing on business leaders, leadership teams, and individual team member development. She has a specific focus on facilitating organizations working on diversity, equity, and inclusion, and implicit bias issues, and anti-racism training within their organizations.

She works with clients to identify their blind spots, reveal their biases, skill-building for delivering/receiving meaningful feedback, and improving interpersonal communications. Patricia believes that building self-awareness increases employees' knowledge of unintentional micro-aggressions and improved non-violent communications between team members, and when interacting with Black, Native American, People of Color, LGBTQ, People with Disabilities, and other marginalized groups.
